First time in 49 years of driving was I please with the service provided by a used car operation. I say operation because the entire process was a smoothly planned experience. My initial contact was with K service provided by a used car operation. I say operation because the entire process was a smoothly planned experience. My initial contact was with Ken via IM. I explained what I wanted to do with my 2019 Avalon and he offered some suggestions. He invited me to the dealership, something as almost unpleasant to me as seeing a dentist. But I was truly surprised. Ken met me in the showroom, got me situated, talked about what the dealership would do to buy my car (absolutely no pressure to buy another) and asked me a few questions. Once I had decided to trade the car in for another car and cash he assigned Carlos to to help me through that process, i.e. looking at cars on the computer (actually in my price range), test driving, providing technical information and finally giving me some advice on how to structure the deal. Carlos was a champ! We completed the process in no time at all and the next thing you know I was out the door with my 2019 Corolla and cash. Couldn't be more pleased with Ken and Carlos. What a dynamic duo!! I highly recommend Pat Lobb as a dealership that cares about the customer and does everything they can to accommodate...even down to the free DR Pepper. Now that's service! More

I tried to get a Tacoma from this dealership. I informed Carlos I would be in to pick it up and then found it was sold. Then I was told that this truck with my requirements can't be found anywhere. No prob Carlos I would be in to pick it up and then found it was sold. Then I was told that this truck with my requirements can't be found anywhere. No problem, they are getting one off the boat will be here 5-7 days. Carlos tells me they have reserved the truck for me but need a deposit. Then right before I'm to get the Tacoma I'm told it's delayed with no reason given it's delayed and will be another 10 days. Then the updates stop. Finally I'm told I will have a VIN Monday or Tuesday (3/22), but no VIN is received. Now Carlos is not responding or providing updates. Then 2 days before I'm supposed to pick up the truck they tell me that it'll now be 3 weeks to get the truck which they supposedly reserved weeks ago. I'm done at this point. I get my money back, go to another dealership and the unobtainable truck is gotten next day. "...can't be found anywhere..." is another lie. Lies, delays, stalling, and then no response. I expected better from this dealership and was profoundly disappointed by the unethical behaviour. More
