I worked with Sheridan in the sales department and he was friendly, helpful and not high pressure. He was willing to negotiate with me and we eventually came to a good price for the car and for my trade-in. It did not take too long to reach an agreement. Overall, it was a good experience. Also Carlos had been very responsive via internet.

I found the vehicle that I wanted online. I made a deal over the phone and drove down from Tacoma the next day. They did the paperwork, cleaned it up, I signed and was out the door in two hours. The whole thing was a very positive experience. Carlos sold me the vehicle, he made sure I was happy with the vehicle and deal before moving forward. He took time to walk me around the vehicle, making sure I knew how everything worked, where everything was located etc. Great dealer, great experience!
