This was my third car purchase with Jim Ellis McDonough. I purchased a high-demand car from out of state, and they were awesome. I had been working with Carlos Diaz for a year to try to get my hands on I purchased a high-demand car from out of state, and they were awesome. I had been working with Carlos Diaz for a year to try to get my hands on a new hybrid, and it came to fruition in a Highlander Hybrid. Hybrids are TOUGH to get ahold of, especially when you’re being picky. That’s me. I was being picky. Now I have this dream car. Carlos is the sweetest guy, super available and communicative, and I hope to do all my future Toyota purchases through him with Jim Ellis McDonough. More
