Carlos Diaz was very nice. I can't say anything nice about the finance department. The added on things, extended warranty which is not necessary, the replacement keys policy, s I can't say anything nice about the finance department. The added on things, extended warranty which is not necessary, the replacement keys policy, some Allstate thing that I'm not sure what it's for, all added $10,000 to the amount. At no time was I told at an added price. I see now why I wasn't allowed to pay cash for the car like I wanted. Rather dirty dealing! More
