I've bought and traded cars at least every 2 years I decided to scale back due to relocation and found the right car at Dick Brooks through the KBB website. The sales manager (Carlos) called promptly and set an appointment. We arrived and met Charles Brooks. The entire process was flawless. Frankly this move is pretty stressful and dealing with the car wAs just one more thing. What a positive experience! The finance manager was also easy to work with and courteous. A+ Gus! More

Bought 3 cars in one evening I came to the dealer on a cold windy rainy evening and was just looking to price some used and new hondas for my wife and two daughters.We met Carlos I came to the dealer on a cold windy rainy evening and was just looking to price some used and new hondas for my wife and two daughters.We met Carlos Fraga who walked into parking lot holding an umbrella asking us how can i help you. We explained that my wife and I wanted to surprise our daughters with 2 new civics but wasnt sure what colors they would like so asked Carlos if we could drive Civic to our home (45 minutes away in Pelzer Carlos in back seat) and telling our daughters that their mom liked this car and ask them their opinion about it and the color. well one of my girls jumped in the car and went back to dealer to look at more colors for their moms car. I was just shopping prices ! Had no intention to commit. I drove 3 cars this evening with Carlos in the rain him running back and forth getting keys looking just as excited as we were answering every question. Well that night we agreed on a price and he had to find colors, models, and years since two were left overs. I gave them a $500 deposit on (2) 2014 civics and 2015 Accord and told them the colors they retrieved all these cars with NO PRESSURE,NO CREDIT CHECKS,just a hand shake with Carlos and his Manager Richard Bryant. Carlos kept me posted all the way calling me on his CELL PHONE with updates on Vin numbers color combinations he found and in 2 weeks ( my fault waiting on money) delivered vehicles to us at dealer all paperwork completed just signed paperwork 2 hours and done. I call him up with little questions from time to time on that Cell phone and he picks it right up!!! A1 service all the way. This is how you run a Car dealership... Very Happy More

A Rarity in Car Sales Today!! Dick Brooks Honda and my salesperson, Carlos, went so far above and beyond for me! My car buying experience *before I went to them* can only be descr Dick Brooks Honda and my salesperson, Carlos, went so far above and beyond for me! My car buying experience *before I went to them* can only be described as disastrous. I had put down deposits on four different cars, with each one being "accidentally" sold or having some other issue. Finally, a month after I began car shopping, I gave up on getting my dream car and decided to test drive something else at a local dealer. Well, it just so happened that the exact car I wanted came up at Dick Brooks the night before my test drive, and called about it. There were no pictures online as it hadn't even been on the lot yet. Carlos went out of his way to describe the car, send me photos, and hold the car for me. He was the first salesperson I dealt with (out of probably 50 across the South East) who was completely true to his word - the car was there when I got there, being held for me! The car was in nearly perfect condition, and better than he had described! He was honest, patient with me having to come in from out of town (and having tons of questions), and efficient. My finance person was David, and he was just as honest, friendly, and efficient! I was driving away in my new car in less than 2 hours! After all that, they were able to do even better on the price than we originally thought! Dick Brooks Honda is a rarity in car sales and I'll be starting my car search with them next time!! An actual "nice time" when buying a car ! We were stopping by Brooks to just check the prices. Carlos came out to 'greet' us. It was a very fortunate meeting. Carlos impressed my with his knowledge of the CRVs, and his personality was perfect for me, and my wife. We progressed from there, Carlos was very easy to talk to, and he was 'no pressure' in the discussion. That is what made 'the deal' possible for us. After looking at the cars, comparing the prices, Carlos respected our budget, and we, all of us, agreed on a price, out the door. So after a couple hours, we drove away in the perfect car ( we had a deal on hold at another dealer !, that we were glad to let go ). I referred my mother-in-law, and she has just purchased an Accord from Carlos; she's very pleased with the purchase. And I have just stopped by the Service Dept. to have the map-light bulb replace. They replaced the bulb, no charge. We could not be more satisfied with Brooks Honda. My wife will have her CRV serviced there too. More

Bad business Brought car on April 18 th and less then 24 hr tpms light went on and found slits in belt called April 21 to report to him about problems he said to Brought car on April 18 th and less then 24 hr tpms light went on and found slits in belt called April 21 to report to him about problems he said to bring car in that he couldn't believe when they did a service check that they didn't find the problems so we agreed on April 25 at 3:30 to bring car in for repairs when I go there he looked at belts and said they were new until I told him I was shown were the cracks were the he said oh yes I see them I was told service manager said if it was his car he would wait to change them as far as the tpms light he said he would have to make an appt at Kia and they would pay the bill about 45 minutes later his story changed I left there with nothing fixed and I bought the exteneted warranty for 1500 for What they say it doesn't cover what should have been found at service check before selling the car . I'm going to contact BBB because I feel it's the only way to get these so called sells, service manger and preowned manager to do there jobs!! More

I purchased my new 2007 Odyssey at Dick Brook Honda. Michael Chase has been my service contact since the first oil change. He has always been polite and very professional. Michael is very knowledgeable and has always answered any questions that I have ever had about my van. I look to him for advice on the best care and maintenance needed to keep my van safe and dependable. When having maintenance performed, I could always rely on having a way to the office or having a loaner automobile to drive. Those times that I was able to wait, I enjoyed a cup of coffee in the waiting area. Michael would always let me know when the work was completed. I have shopped around other places and priced having the maintenance done on my van. Proud to say that shopping is all that has been down. I keep coming back to Dick Brooks. We recently purchased a pre-owned Pilot for my teenager. Michael had it looked over to insure the safety of the automobile before giving it to my daughter. This is the only place I plan on my Odyssey and Pilot being serviced. I believe Michael Chase to be a great person, friend and employee to be working at Dick Brooks. More
