It was my understanding that we reached out to you to let you know we would take care of those repairs but perhaps we did not reach you in time. I think you should keep a watch on Bob Aguilar he is a con artist things I heard and seen while at the dealer ship almost made me walk away thinking you have a shady business going on there but I thought give them a chance and I should have went with what I thought your employees should take a good look at the way the PEOPLE OF KIA OF GREER treats there customers and addresses problems when they are presented to them making sure there Customers leave Happy and are not afraid to come back when something else happens! I not only had to turn to them but also pay someone else to change the cracked belts in my car so I wouldn't end up stranded some where.......
