Miss June responded

Be sure and get a copy of the hand written sales pressure sheet. We were promised 10 year / 100,000 mile warranty. When signing paperwork we were told the most they could do was 8 years. Ronaldo says he only said that if he could do it. We were never told they couldn’t. At least not until signing the final paperwork, because I questioned it. Carlos the salesperson was great!
