My husband and I came in with the intention of buying a new 2023 vehicle. I had already done a lot of research and knew which 3 I wanted to look at when we got there. We ended up leaving without a vehicle new 2023 vehicle. I had already done a lot of research and knew which 3 I wanted to look at when we got there. We ended up leaving without a vehicle due to the service and the way we were treated. The salesman who was “helping” us, didn’t even bother to follow us outside to look at the cars. He sat inside the building the entire time and then when we wanted to test drive the car he handed us a bunch of keys and told us to just “go by ourselves”. After test driving a few cars I found the one I wanted to buy. Until the only quote he could give us was 15,000 over the sticker price and what it was listed online. We left extremely disappointed. Will not recommend Honda in Longview to anyone. More
