I was in the market for a new van and the odyssey was looking really good. These guys got me in a Odyssey elite and made the buying process less of a headache. I don't fault the trainee but management should have been in on the paperwork. It would have been nice to have someone apologize but sadly, nothing. All in all, somewhat disappointing. More
