Although you can–and should–do as much research as possible on the Internet beforehand, it is even more valuable to visit a dealership and see the actual cars. Sitting in the cars, and taking a test drive, convinced me to zero in on the features I really needed. Bill Page's dealership has many friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable sales agents. They helped me determine my needs and they gave me a good deal. A special "shout-out" to Emma Le Maitre, our sales agent. She spent a lot of time with us, arranged test drives, guided us through the features available on various models, she helped us complete the settings on the car we eventually bought. More

At first the financial guy agreed to finance my loan for 72 m The only thing that I was disappointed about is the financial staff that worked with me. At first the financial guy agreed to finance my loan for 72 months but when he print out the paper works and tell me to sign it, it said for 75 months instead. I try to reason with him, but instead he keep pursuing me to choose the 75 months instead of what we agreed on earlier. I think the finance department should fix this issue because this is fraud and if I haven’t read the contract carefully then I have fallen into their trap. I am very disappointed due to the cheating tactic that they used to trick their customers. More

LIARS - Bait & Switch _Changed Deal at Time of Pick-up I will NEVER go back to Bill Page ever again. The facility is new, nice and close to my house. The sales people I dealt with are super friendly and I will NEVER go back to Bill Page ever again. The facility is new, nice and close to my house. The sales people I dealt with are super friendly and knowledgeable. Honda makes a great minivan. That's where it ends. After lots of negotiating I finally made a deal to trade in 2 cars and lease a 2019 Odyssey. When I went back with both cars (a challenge logistically) the check they said I was owed was short $1000 from the deal we had made the day or 2 before. They first tried to tell me I was wrong and flat out lied. When I explained to them using their logic that the "new deal" they are describing isn't possible because of Honda financial restrictions, they back pedaled and tried the "ok, what do you want to be happy?" approach. They then presented things to me that I already had (free maintenance for term of lease, etc.) I said I already have that, they said no I didn't, and I again believed them. When I went to finance they confirmed it was a part of the deal already (standard with every lease I think), I was livid and went back to the sales manager and said I was walking out. They tried to make a new deal but rejected my fair offer (essentially taking half the $1000 they owed me). They then tried to make me look dumb with an "offer" that essentially just gave me money now and raised the monthly payment, so I was actually paying MORE. I was extremely mad. I was ready to leave but my wife was going to be upset. We had already invested so much time and my wife had been with the salesman getting the tutorial on the car's features for the last 35 minutes, so I just took the "next deal" they presented, accepting about $186 of the $1000 they had owed me. Finance heard me out, seemed unhappy about what happened, and promised to get back to me ASAP. He said "Bill Page" hates to hear these stories and wanted to know about them. Well, that was in November and it's almost February and I haven't gotten any response to my inquires. Lesson learned - avoid Bill Page at all costs!!!! More
