All good, till after you buy the car. Then no help. Bought a new that's been sitting in the dealerships shop for 2 months now. The service coordinator is the only one who responds. Carlos the general manager was cool them he started dodging my calls. Typical. Last 20 years I buy Ram and Jeep vehicle, didn't mean anything to anyone. I waited this long to write a review to give them a chance to make it right. I'll be waiting. Even as I write this, I don't know what is like to drive the car for more than a few days. BTW it is a brand new car, not used. More

Sales team are kind and informative, know what they are talking about and believe in it. Management is on top of their business, willing to work with customers within fair parameters. There are a lot of Jeep dealers in the Bay Area to buy a car from, this one is definitely NOT one of them. Honesty and being strait forward is not a quality here, they get you in the door with a lie. If you ever call and ask for a particular car they will tell you what you want to hear to get you to drive there even if it is not true. during negotiation of the car they will leave things out that may have had an impact in your decision, again honesty not big here. The sales person did not bother to deliver the car properly, he basically gave us the key and sent us on our way. I had bought many new cars before and usually the sales person spends 30-45 minutes explaining all the controls setting up the phone etc, not here once the get your money they could not care less. Do not buy here, I had a much better experience at the Jeep dealership in Walnut Creek, they were more honest and show they care to have a satisfied customer beyond the money. More
