Called San Leandro CDJR early Friday evening and got lucky--Rick Martinez answered the phone! Rick was super knowledgeable about the used Rivian I was looking at. I appreciated so much that this dealership didn't play games with hidden add-ons, fees, or services, making it easy to finalize the deal, including financing, on Saturday morning. Sunday morning I flew into Oakland from San Diego. Even though it was his day off, Rick went above and beyond, even picking me up at the airport. After enjoying a cup of coffee, I was in and out of the dealership in a matter of minutes--the truck was perfect. I can't recommend Rick Martinez and his team enough for anyone considering buying a new or used car. More
