I had my 2011 Explorer serviced at Gosch Ford & my service was EXCELLENT! Chris Vecchi & Gary (the concierge driver) & Manager Rachel Long really took fantastic care of my vehicle (& me!), as usual. The pick up/drop off feature made it so I could handle all the other life duties I had going on & my car was returned clean, and no longer squeaks, rattles or clunks! The communication was impeccable from Chris, Gary & Rachel. Chris especially took the time to explain another concern on my vehicle & I couldn’t have been happier that my technician found an issue responsible for this sound I’ve been unable to get properly diagnosed elsewhere. From here on out, I will only have my vehicle serviced at Gosch Ford Temecula, where I can truly count on the service team. A big thank you to Chris! More
