After buying my brand new 2020 Ford Fusion after working with Terry and Mike, I then worked with Alfonso of financing, Kathryn of service, and Carlos of parts, all of whom were just as respectful, helpful, with Terry and Mike, I then worked with Alfonso of financing, Kathryn of service, and Carlos of parts, all of whom were just as respectful, helpful, informative, and kind as the others I’ve worked with! Alfonso helped me get through the financial part of things, and also worked with Kathryn to fill out my due bill. Kathryn and Alfonso made me feel confident that everything that needed to be done would get done in a timely and easy manner. Alfonso helped me choose my leather color and Kathryn will be the one installing it. Super excited! After choosing my leather, Carlos helped me choose the best floor mats for my kind of traveling and ordered them for me! Another great experience with Gosch Ford of Temecula! More
