Peace of mind Had taken my 2017 escape for service and repair at north county Ford in May, however they did not actually fix the problem of my damaged undercarriage Had taken my 2017 escape for service and repair at north county Ford in May, however they did not actually fix the problem of my damaged undercarriage. I had believed they did until driving down the 15 and it popped off. Terrified I went to Gosch and right away Kenn Olson helped calm me down. He went above and beyond to fix the problem with no stress. I felt valued and safer after talking with Kenn. Best service and concern for customers. Highly recommend, everyone was helpful and so nice. Amazing experience. If you want excellent service you can trust go see Kenn at Gosch, you will be so glad you did. My peace of mind was restored and will always be grateful More
