When you hear the word Dealer you hesitate to call due to being put on hold for a long period of time or spiked pricing. Gosch Ford of Temecula is the total opposite. Ive never been placed on hold and the Parts dept. has urgency in helping you resolve your vehicles problem. I would say going above and beyond is an understatement and my carreer is dealing with part suppliers for 15 years. For example Hector helped me locate a part that I wasnt quite sure of what it was. He sent me diagrams and found the correct part I needed. And it was in stock. He also dispatched the parts speedily. Ive also been helped by Carlos he is very knowledgeable as well. Even when the part is obsolete he helps me by providing part numbers so I can search for it online. I'm writing this review as honest as it comes. If you dont believe me call the parts department and ask for these employees. You will not be disappointed in their service. Thank you Fellas for all your help. You truly have a forever Customer. You will be hearing from me soon. More
