Truly Chris is the ONLY REASON, I gave your dealer another shot, and truly it was the worst mistake, your service department is full of completely incompetent mechanics. I have anxiety when my wife drives her brand new car after your “mechanics” work on it. I have friends that work in there and even they vouch for how awfully ran this place is. FIRST you need to get rid of Rachelle Long. She is a useless waste of an office. It takes me throwing a fit and being a Karen and threatening to get my attorney involved for her to do the BARE minimum. Keep watching your sales go down. And the amount of lemons go up. Take care Jason for my next card in January I WILL go somewhere else
