Carlos Luna provides EXCELLENT customer service and he is the reason I keep having my car serviced at Gettel. Unfortunately, I am not at all pleased with the new ownership's decision to tack on a 3% service the reason I keep having my car serviced at Gettel. Gettel should know that credit card fees are something they should absorb as part of the cost of doing business, not gouge their customers! More

Four years ago I purchased a battery with a "lifetime warranty". That battery now needs to be replaced. After 4 phone calls, being told my battery with the lifetime warranty (it actually says lifetime wa warranty". That battery now needs to be replaced. After 4 phone calls, being told my battery with the lifetime warranty (it actually says lifetime warranty on the battery) may not be able to be replaced with no charge because they can't tell if it a 5 year warranty or a 7 year warranty which doesn't make sense since the battery is about 4 years old, and it's supposed to be a LIFETIME WARRANTY. I was also told I would need to bring the vehicle to them to replace the battery instead of just bringing in old battery. So, I'm now supposed to have the vehicle towed to replace a battery which may/may not be covered under the lifetime warranty. No thank you, Stadium Toyota. More
