Keep my truck in the shop for 6 weeks, cost me time and money, had to fo in person 3 times to get my transmission done, and they didn't get the one that was in my truck when I bought it fixed, instead, I money, had to fo in person 3 times to get my transmission done, and they didn't get the one that was in my truck when I bought it fixed, instead, I had to talk to management, and then they decided they would get a used transmission which had issues, the torque converter, then they had to wait for that to come in. And we were supposed to leave to go for texas.They didn't fix my electrical stuff in the truck.I don't know if they changed the other issues that I asked to be fixed in my truck under warranty. I end up being almost a week late on getting to texas because of them taking so much time to do things.And I had to keep on them almost every other day after a month to get it done. A day change oil, however, and they finally got the transmission in it.Ran good enough to get here to texas.But I still hear clinking when it gets put in park or when i'm coming and putting it into drive. And this all happens after I bought the truck, had it 46 months.Paid on warranty and even when I originally bought the truck.They upped the price on me after it was like down to twenty thousand by the time it was all done.And they got done, and I went to my bank.My loan officer was there.She heard the price and then they changed the price on me.And I had to go back to my loan heard and talk with them, but she adjusted the loan.So I could buy the truck so I am very displeased on how they handle things at this business. But in the beginning, I told them before I bought the truck.The training was having issues and they blew it off saying, oh no, it's just a hard shifter. I do not like the seat and being lied to. More
