Today I went to a scheduled 9:00AM appointment to buy a new car with Carlos Moniz. He greeted me with a smile and took me on a test ride. So we went inside and worked on the numbers. The scratch that was sent to their body shop to be repainted on the new 2024 TRAX....WEEELLL..." The Sprayer of the Paint" (This is my polite version of a title for the putz!) made a mess of the win repainted on the new 2024 TRAX....WEEELLL..." The Sprayer of the Paint" (This is my polite version of a title for the putz!) made a mess of the windows and finish of vehicle by not covering portions NOT TO BE PAINTED! Please introduce this person to FROG Tape and paper to cover areas not to get over spray, YES IT IS AIRBORNE, on. Carlos did a great job being our go between and getting it fixed. The flat tire was taken care of by us buying the new tore. The Colonial South repair folks got that done very quick too. Well that makes three bad things and I hope that's done! My brain was so over worked from all the bad stuff that I forgot my purse in the waiting area and got all the way home before I snapped out of it. I called and they took it to the cashier for pickup. The other sales personnel are have such great professional skills and people skills (They should give classes on such skills to the other auto dealer's sales staffs on Rte. 6 and Cape Cod KIA.) The past month that we spent looking for a new car has been a discouraging experience until we went down the road from Westport to Dartmouth as a last resort and walked into Colonial South Chevrolet. Who would of thought? More
