Absolutely outstanding service! My service rep, Karen, completely knocked it out of the park. I showed up unannounced with no appointment in the middle of a family vacation, and we My service rep, Karen, completely knocked it out of the park. I showed up unannounced with no appointment in the middle of a family vacation, and we were only going to be in the area for a couple of days. I was having issues with my exhaust filter and DEF system, and they went above and beyond to squeeze me in, diagnose the problem, and get us back on the road. These guys and gals are the real deal—professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely thoughtful about our situation. They understood that we were traveling with family and did everything they could to keep our vacation moving. I can’t say enough about Karen and the entire service team. I greatly appreciate everything they did for us and would 100% recommend this service center to anyone. Five stars all the way! More
