Could not offer me proper procedure for charging. They did not set me up with Honda Link. I’ve been doing business with Atamian for years. It’s a big disappointment. This will be my last lease from Atamian.. I already regret being railroaded into buying this car. The dealer had no interest in telling me the features of the vehicle. He was too busy BSing with his buddy’s . I don’t know if it 2 wheel or 4 wheel. I had to go to a Mercedes dealer near my home to teach me how to charge it. Now I’m considering going to another Honda dealer to correct the mess he made and get a better understanding of the vehicles features. Also, I’m still waiting for someone to call me to fix the Honda link.
The worst customer service ever.

I have no idea why these thoughtless men thought that railroading a 72 year old woman in renal failure can even open the door to this monstrosity of a vehicle.. and to add insult to injury it’s totally electric. And the manager and salesman at the time had no idea how to charge it. Gave me all the wrong information. In addition, I tried to con me into believing that they had no idea that Trump squashed the EV bill.. Didn’t wanna waste any time with me to show me the features or explain to me how everything worked in this Sherman Tank. I regret doing business with Atamian after all these years. I’ve never met this many clowns in one place at one time. Over the years I’ve always had excellent service. Apparently, you’re scraping the bottom of the barrel these days. I’m stuck for 3 years with this monstrosity. I assure you it won’t happen again.

This is a follow up to my original review:
The so called management responded today. Informed me that Honda Link is out of service till mid to late Sept. That App. offers many important features including $175 worth of electric credit. When I asked how he was going to compensate me, his response was quite typical of the level of service that brought me to this point.
He said he would have some type of compensation. “One hand washes the other”.Only if I would take down my original honest review of the service I received. As if I owe him and Atamian that courtesy.
If they’re so xxxx bent on me taking down my review, maybe that should give me good reason to. I owe them nothing. Fasten your seatbelts boys. I’m not done.
Carlos was great.
