I just wanna say how amazing of an experience I had working with TJ, Steven and Beth at John’s route 13 auto sales in PA. All three of them plus the rest of their staff were so nice, and amazing with g working with TJ, Steven and Beth at John’s route 13 auto sales in PA. All three of them plus the rest of their staff were so nice, and amazing with getting me exactly what I wanted at a price I could afford! They constantly offered us drinks while we were there and just sat and chatted with us while we waited for the whole process to be done! I would definitely give them a 10 out of 10! Definitely recommend going to Johns Rt 13 auto sales in Pa if you’re looking for an amazing experience when buying a car! ❤️ Thank you all so much! I am absolutely in love with my jeep!! More

I am truly unsure of how this place gets only raving reviews?? My experience was terrible from the price gouging practice of the cost of vehicle I purchased from them to the price gouge of my trade in…T reviews?? My experience was terrible from the price gouging practice of the cost of vehicle I purchased from them to the price gouge of my trade in…Then furthermore my review was removed likely at the owners request! I only stated pure facts but as it goes truth hurts… let’s see if this one gets removed so here we go again. If TJ is talking TJ is not telling the truth… The vehicle an Escalade smelled like burning brakes when I took it home light for tpms was flashing halfway home the second half of course and is still on 2 months later! They were going to sell it with a clearly rotten tire on it and the headlights with enough water in them to shower myself…at least I got them to change the rotted tire after all Escalade headlights are expensive why would they do the right thing?? Perhaps so it could pass a real state inspection.. NOT!! I was told by TJ it was just inspected😭 I have purchased many cars dealers can slap inspection stickers on anything they want. Between the tire and headlight it would have never passed a real state inspection. The salesman Steve also has distant relationship with the truth he tries but uh no… His conversation went from your beautiful new Escalade to after I told him it smelled like it was going to catch on fire on the way home to well u do understand it’s a 13 year old SUV what do u expect.. My issue is they are charge price gouging TOP dollar there and scratch the surface the vehicles are not really in that great shape they are clean don’t get me wrong but clean doesn’t mean good vehicle…. I would NEVER buy here again nor recommend my WORSE enemy there to purchase a skateboard. I think my point is made visit at your own demise if you choose..Really don’t get all these great ratings??? Another inside connection? Hummmmmmm More
