Carlos Salazar was great, the communication great prior to visiting the dealership for a test drive, and was able to get things moving when things stopped progressing at the dealership. But, we are extre to visiting the dealership for a test drive, and was able to get things moving when things stopped progressing at the dealership. But, we are extremely unhappy with the dealership itself and specially the finance department, we wanted a quick transaction and they wasted our whole entire day, trying to push us to apply through their banks, promising rates that we knew they couldn’t get, even knowing we came with our own pre-approved loan! It just all felt forced onto us, they removed the license plate from my old vehicle I was trading in and put it on the new one without having anything finalized! They also didn’t want to fix a faulty seatbelt, I was told that I could bring it to another dealership to get it fixed after we purchased the vehicle. We signed papers 4/18 but nothing was finalized until 4/30 because the finance person worked with, Brayan Uyuni was out sick. And still, he has not provided any information, or had us sign any documents about the extended bumper to bumper warranty we requested multiple times before, during and after the transaction was completed. Even after multiple attempts to get this sorted, we still haven’t received any information. It’s almost like they refuse to honor our request. We tried contacting and left messages with the GM Dean Cook, with no success. Just avoid this dealership unless you want to be deceived, lied to and forced to sign agreement that doesn’t have everything you requested. More
