Carlos was our salesman when my wife and I just leased a new Honda Pilot. The entire process was seamless and there were no issues. It was a great experience with a very knowledgeable salesperson. He was able to find exactly what I wanted. I even had to stop by a few days later because I couldn't figure out how to access the heat salesperson. He was able to find exactly what I wanted. I even had to stop by a few days later because I couldn't figure out how to access the heat or how to lock the car from outside. The sales person who helped me even came out twice because I didn't completely understand the heat. The whole experience was very positive. More
