Hi !! I am Carmela Lowery Phillips. I have been around Lowery Brothers my entire life. My dad Roger, and his brother, Terry, built this business together. I have been selling cars here for 12 years now. I am the only female sales associate, and am proud to say I have received the "Top Salesperson " award many times. I love my customers! Easiest auto purchase to date! The overall experience was the best we have had purchasing a vehicle. Sales person met our price, not pushy, easy to work with. Pleasantly surprised! My husband was looking for a truck to drive back/forth to work. He is one of those people that buy a vehicle and drive it until the wheels fall off, My husband was looking for a truck to drive back/forth to work. He is one of those people that buy a vehicle and drive it until the wheels fall off, so he's very picky when it comes to a car purchase. We had already looked in three different counties and couldn't find exactly what he was looking for. I had looked online and saw a few trucks (new and used) that he wanted to look at in Albertville/Boaz area. We ended up at Lowery Brothers Motors first and met Carmela. We found one truck in particular he liked but explained that we came with a list of trucks he wanted to see. Carmela was perfectly fine with that and actually let us leave. She didn't chase us out of the parking lot or anything! How often does that happen?!? We went on to look at the other trucks. She texted us to let us know she could come down a little on the price. We ended up going back after a couple of hours not finding anything that compared to the value/price. We met Alexis that handled the paperwork and she was also great to work with. Only one hour and twenty minutes later, we were driving out with a nicely used truck, a good price and more importantly, a happy husband! We will definitely come back to do business with Carmela, Alexis, and Lowery Bros. again! Highly recommend! More
