It was nice not having any hidden fees added to price like a lot of our local dealerships in GA. When we arrived in NC we were greeted by Crystal Freeman a sales representative at the dealership she was very nice and helpful and made the experience very positive it was definitely worth the drive. DECEIVING, UNKNOWLEDGEABLE LIARS!! Found a used 19 Durango Autotrader at their dealership. Called and asked availability of the vehicle and was told that the vehicle is available for sale. Told salesperson that I was interested and had been approved (not pre-approved) for the vehicle (actually up to 50k but I wanted to stay at a certain budget). Went on to take my info and the info on the trade in I had. During the course of this deal I only received 2 emails stating what my trade was worth and the questions pertaining to the trade. I had to call a few times to see what the status was on the process. Carmen the sales lady had the purchase vehicle confused thinking it was a new vehicle, asking me if I wanted to add a truck bed or anything. WOW! So moving forward, I didn't hear back from them for a couple days so I called back. Carmen tells me that they had just emailed my credit union over the purchase order ( which should've gotten done 3 days ago with initial call) the day before. After speaking for a few minutes she says, "Hold on a second while I check to see if the vehicle is still available." I'm thinking to myself at this point xxx does she mean?! We've gone through the whole purchase paperwork and you're not sure if the vehicle is there?! So she returns to the phone and says, " I that vehicle has sold." NO ONE ever asked for a deposit nor said anything about another buyer being interested or better yet, asked me for a deposit! Then she has the audacity to ask if there's anything else on the lot that I'd be interested in! These people are so unprofessional and deceiving it's a shame! I guess that's what happens to out of state customers trying to do business with out of state dealerships! So to those reading this and thinking of doing an out of state purchase with these people.... RUN, RUN, RUN, RUN!! THEY'LL FOOL YOU FOR SURE! Update: just found out today 10/25/21 that these liars never emailed my credit union a purchase order) agreement! I pray these people never sale another vehicle and go bankrupt! Bunch of liars! Now I understand why the say never trust a used car salesman! More

I wouldn't trade nickles with this dealership. Either they are completely shady and actively running gimmicks and exploits, or they are so disorganized that their left hand doesn't know what their Either they are completely shady and actively running gimmicks and exploits, or they are so disorganized that their left hand doesn't know what their right hand is doing. I wasted 5+ hours round-trip driving to make a trade only to find out they had misquoted my trade-in value and were offering me a full $1,000 less once on site. Although it was their mistake, they did not feel any obligation to make it up to me. Additionally, they require a $500 deposit which is non-refundable to hold a vehicle for 3 days. Which means, EVEN IF YOU COME TO LOOK AT THE VEHICLE AND ATTEMPT THE TRADE, if something else falls through, they will not refund your money by policy -- even if what fell through was their mistake! That means they pretty much entirely eliminate your ability to negotiate once they have the $500 deposit. I'd rate them a -5 if it were an option. I've bought and traded dozens of vehicles in my life and this dealership is by far the worst I've encountered. More
