This was the best car buying experience of my Life. Terri at Germain Lexus Easton is a true professional and knew every detail of my SUV. It's a 2026 Lexus GX550 Premium Plus. The entire experience wa Terri at Germain Lexus Easton is a true professional and knew every detail of my SUV. It's a 2026 Lexus GX550 Premium Plus. The entire experience was nothing short of outstanding. From the phone calls with Todd, to the moment I walked through the doors, to finalizing the purchase, I continued to be impressed. Todd matched me perfectly with the best rep,Terri! Terri was absolutely phenomenal. She delivered professional service at the highest level while making the whole process feel enjoyable and stress free. She gave me an incredibly detailed, walk-through review of every feature on the GX550, nothing was rushed, and she made sure I understood exactly what I was getting (and why it’s such an amazing vehicle). What really set Terri apart was how she went above and beyond to craft a deal that was truly fair and mutually beneficial for both sides. She listened carefully, worked creatively, and never once made me feel pressured. She was extremely helpful every step of the way, incredibly kind, and somehow managed to be fun and light-hearted at the same time — even when we were deep into the numbers. The finance rep, Cici, who she coordinated with was just as knowledgeable! She wasn't pushy, matched me with a great bank, and explained the transaction in detail, making the paperwork painless and surprise free. And she is by far, the first finance rep I've met that I'd go back to again! I’ve bought plenty of vehicles over the years, and this was hands-down the best, most enjoyable dealership experience I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for a new Lexus (especially a GX550, this SUV is incredible), do yourself a favor and ask for Terri at Germain Lexus Easton. You will not be disappointed. You’ll leave with the perfect vehicle for you, and a new friend in the process. Thank you, Terri, and the entire Germain Lexus Easton team! You’ve earned a customer for life! More
