When my husband and I first met Carol - we both felt it was karma. She is an amazing person - friendly, funny, and easy going. She listens to us, knows her cars and how to match us up with the perfect fit!!! (yes - it's a Honda pun!!) She makes the whole process so easy and we have never felt any pressure. We started leasing years ago and call her every few years. We have enjoyed getting to know her and work with her and her team. She is quick to respond and always honest - explaining the cost and options/details of the cars we are interested in. We love her and wouldn't want to see anyone else.
