Third vehicle purchased with Carol Heyse. This was my 3rd vehicle I purchased at this dealership. Carol Heyse has been phenominal to work with and always look out for her clients' needs. One time I had a flat tire and when I took my car to "Firestone" down the road, they indicated I had to replace all four tires as a result of the damage the one incurred. Needless to say, I phone Carol and said: Is this true? She asked me to bring the car in the next day to the service department. $15 later, tire was fixed with no need to replace the other three. I subsequently drove an additional 40 000 miles on my set of tires before I had to replace them. So, needless to say, this dealership and their personnel really look out for their clients. More
