Carol Kitts

Born and raised in Bogota, Colombia, Carol moved to Colorado at the age of 15 and quickly secured a job at an auto parts store. After several years in the automotive industry (including with xTime), Carol accepted an opportunity with Schomp Automotive in 2018 as the Corporate Training Manager. Schomp only had four stores at that time. Carol played an integral part in the process implementation for all Fixed Ops-related tasks, including our Service BDC, during the addition of our next eight rooftops. After graduating from the NCM General Manager Academy, Carol was ready to move on from her role as the Corporate Fixed Operations Director and take on the challenge of opening Volkswagen of Fairfield with Fairfield Automotive Partners. She is ASE-Certified, has been published in Fixed Ops Magazine, and was named in Automotive News's 40 Under 40. Carol is a true champion of the industry and an inspiring female leader.
