We had the hardest time trying to find a specific vehicle at an affordable price. Yalcars had it and it even had all the extras for a GREAT price. David was awesome!!! I have purchased nearly a dozen cars over the years and have never had a more dysfunctional disconnected process than my experience here. This is unfortunate as it appears others have had better experience have never had a more dysfunctional disconnected process than my experience here. This is unfortunate as it appears others have had better experiences than ours. We purchased a vehicle we found online to be shipped out to us on the West Coast. A refundable deposit was required to hold the vehicle while paperwork was done, no problem. After paperwork and payment was completed, including shipping fees, communication ceased in near entirety. I was told transport had been arranged and we should see the vehicle in approximately one week. A week later I discovered that the vehicle was still on their lot, still advertised online and had not been picked up or scheduled to be shipped by anyone. I arranged for my own shipping, while fighting the previous company for a refund on the shipping YalCars recommended and later received my vehicle. It has been 6 weeks since they took my deposit, more than 4 weeks since they had full payment and I still have yet to receive my deposit though promised “check is in the mail” several times. They appear to have nice vehicles and the people are reasonably pleasant, however getting things done, seeing things through and communicating are not their strengths. I am happy with the vehicle, but very disappointed with the service. More
