Such a disappointing experience I had at this dealership and with Emmanuel. He misled me and told me the Chevy Equinox EV would work with CarPlay and it does not. Which means I will have to pay an addtl $39 and with Emmanuel. He misled me and told me the Chevy Equinox EV would work with CarPlay and it does not. Which means I will have to pay an addtl $39/mo on a $216/mo lease for wifi in order to have navigation whereas with CarPlay it's free because you use your phone as a hotspot. He had left by the time I drove off the lot without walking me thru all the features of the car. He kept saying it would work but never followed thru. He also told me the car had power liftback and it does not. But the worst was that it was so late by the time we finished all the paperwork I asked if I could come back to empty the car I was trading in. They assure me that I could. When I came back the car had been completely emptied. Personal items, tools, prescription sunglasses for driving, keys to the properties I manage - so many items of value, many irreplaceable. When I went up on the top floor to see if I could find my things in the trash, instead I found that someone had taken my $350 espresso maker and put it aside for themselves. Which is theft. They promised me they would get to the bottom of it, that they had cameras everywhere. It's been 3 1/2 months and I never heard from them. More

I first heard from Carolina because of a major screw up and traumatic experience at this dealership. It was so late by the time we finished all the paperwork for my lease, I asked if I could come back to e and traumatic experience at this dealership. When I came back the car had been completely emptied. Personal items, tools, prescription sunglasses for driving, keys to the properties I manage - so many items of value, many irreplaceable. When I went up on the top floor to see if I could find my things in the trash, instead I found that someone had taken my $350 espresso maker and put it aside for themselves. Which is theft. So Carolina reached out and said that her 'role is to ensure all our guests have a positive experience, and when we fall short, my goal is to help find a resolution.' So she had promised me that they would give me built-in navigation for the length of the loan at no cost to me. But you can't have navigation without wifi and you need OnStar for that and now that OnStar has ended I have no wifi and no navigation. She has never given me any instructions on how to access it. Calls and texts to her to follow up were ignored. I had to call the dealership multiple times. Finally heard from her but there is still no resolution. So much for her role in ensuring that I had a positive experience! Once they have their money they just kick you out the door. SO disappointing. More
