Usually I do not write reviews. This time I was very upset. Here goes: I scheduled a 20 K service for my 2018 Toyota Highlander for Nov.4, 2020. When I called to schedule it a service writter said tha upset. Here goes: I scheduled a 20 K service for my 2018 Toyota Highlander for Nov.4, 2020. When I called to schedule it a service writter said that they had a courtesy service that would pick up my vehicle at my home and return it to my home when the work was done. I scheduled the service work 7 days ahead of time so I could be the first one in. The pick up time was for 8 Am. *am came and went and I called the service department at 8:35 to check where the pick guys were, no one here yet. They got my phone number and name and said that someone would call me right back. No one called and no one showed up by 9:15. So I called back and told the service person who answered the phone that no one had arrived at the house to pick up my vehicle yet and I had a Dr. appt at 9 that I missed waiting for them, and to cancel the service. I got a E-Mail from the dealership about 10:35 stating that I had missed my appointment and to call them to reschedule it. I did not miss my appointment. No one showed up and they didn't even have the courtesy to call or text that they weren't coming to get the vehicle. Mind, I made this appointment 7 days earlier beacause I needed to be the first on the list so I could get to another appt. At 70 years old, I thought that this was great that they would come and pick up my car and return it. I used to go to Brown's Toyota that was 15 or so miles away instead of going to Koon's Toyota that was 3 miles away. I will be going back to Brown's who are much more reliable. This action really upset me. In the end they sent me a boiler plate canned e-mail asking how my service was. More

JAbrahms First- I have to say they made the process so easy for myself! As far as friendly, knowledgeable, and professional I cannot thank Caroline Abrahms, Su First- I have to say they made the process so easy for myself! As far as friendly, knowledgeable, and professional I cannot thank Caroline Abrahms, Suheil Katan, and Viktor Beshidze enough for everything you have done for my family and I. She still takes the time to go over the vehicle wit me, even if its something so little as a button I pushed wrong! Unfortunately, I was recently in accident I called Caroline to see how fast she could get me into the body shop, she bent over backwards for me! She even took care of an open recall with the service department. My family and I have been purchasing from Koons for over 20 years, I am so incredibly sorry for ever going to another dealership, Koons Toyota Annapolis is home! We feel like family, keep up the hard work and dedication to your customers, thank you again to each and everyone of you! More
