I am a lifelong Vermonter, having spent the majority of my life in Monkton before recently relocating to the Burlington area. My educational background includes travel and international study, having completed both my undergraduate and master's degrees in Bournemouth, England, with a specialization in International Management. I have always held a strong interest in vehicles, which has led me to visit notable locations like the former BBC Top Gear track and the Nürburgring in Germany. Outside of my professional life, my interests include hiking, reading, traveling with my husband, and spending time with my two cats. I had a fantastic experience at Heritage Toyota, especially working Caroline, she took the time to listen to my concerns and needs, as I was looking for a car to replace my truck to save on fuel and especially working Caroline, she took the time to listen to my concerns and needs, as I was looking for a car to replace my truck to save on fuel and maintenance as the truck was seven years old. I tested a few cars, and she was incredibly patient with me, we found the car I wanted, and I wanted to get a trailer hitch installed, she took the time to set up the appointment, get the car all set for me so that when I picked up the Rav 4 it was all set to go! She was so easy to work with! More

I’ll be honest. I hate shopping for cars. Sales associates can be rude and pushy. But Caroline is none of that. She was friendly and jovial and made the care buying I hate shopping for cars.
