We bought a new 4Runner last weekend - Lindsey was awesome! We didn't expect to end up with the 4Runner, so she patiently helped us test drive a Grand Highlander (in the pouring rain!) and had taken awesome! We didn't expect to end up with the 4Runner, so she patiently helped us test drive a Grand Highlander (in the pouring rain!) and had taken the time to understand our needs so she found the perfect 4Runner for us. Lindsey gave us honest answers and we never felt like we were being taken advantage of - which is very refreshing in car salespeople (and rare, too). She was also very knowledgeable about Toyota products and any tiny detail she wasn't 100% sure of she looked up right away (as opposed to making up an answer that was incorrect). We look forward to buying another car from Lindsey next time we're in the market! More

Working with Lindsey was a pleasure. She's focused and enthusiastic and full of energy. When She told me the Prius I wanted wouldn't be at the dealer for two months (it was on a ship fro She's focused and enthusiastic and full of energy. When She told me the Prius I wanted wouldn't be at the dealer for two months (it was on a ship from Japan), she suggested buying a Corolla on the lot. After thinking about it several days, I decided paying for a rental made no sense and I bought the Corolla. I worry about mileage but the Corolla made 57 mpg on my drive home to New York State. Lindsey's a good saleswoman and a likable person. I enjoyed getting to know her. More

I went to Joe Mount looking for a new car, with little hopes of being approved due to not having much of a credit history. The process was extremely smooth sailing. Joe made sure to find the right car for me at the right price. With his Efforts, I walked away with a 2026 Toyota Corolla as a first time buyer. Also a huge thanks to Christine Donahue and Frankie Candido in finance for making sure I was happy with my payments and being easy to work with. I HIGHLY suggest going to Heritage Toyota for the purchase of a new Vehicle! More
