The service rep was rude, I scheduled an appointment for 5 pm for an oil change, when I checked in I asked how long, she told me an hour. I hit a call stating my car was done and they closed at 6. I got to the dealership at 5:50 and she did not great me she was on her phone and was annoyed that I showed up when I did. She did not go over paperwork or tell me where my car was. I will not deal with her again. The other employees are great. I also got my air filter changed and when I turned on the air there was a noise. My husband had to look and there was leaves in there. The cabin filter was never checked as it was dirty. I felt like it was a rushed service job. If you close at 6 do not schedule services that take an hour. More
