Pleasant sales personnel It went well, Carolyn and rest of staff were friendly and helpful (got me lunch), but I was there from 11:30 am - 5 pm which seemed long to me. Also we were told everything was included with the monthly lease amount and then found out that the sales tax wasn't. I think if the buying contract shows what the sales tax is, then it should also be told upfront when you're leasing. It was the first time I'd ever leased, so I didn't even know there would be sales tax. But the car is great and overall I was happy with the outcome. I came back to Jenkins, because my last car was a Sonata and felt mileage and lack of many repairs had made it a good value. More

Appointment for oil change, quick and easy and done well Quick oil change. All were friendly and professional. They even changed my taillights without me having to ask them to check the lights. I ask Aaron my Service Manager to page the sales person (Carolyn Davis)that I usually deal with. He got ahold of her and Carolyn helped me get a brand new Hyundai Sonata Limited. I will miss my Azera it was special and a wonderful car, but I have to say this new one is wonderful as well. My husband John and I both love it. We are proud to do business with Jenkins Hyundai, they have always been courteous, kind, helpful and as far as I am concerned the only Dealership I ever want to do business with. This is the 4th Hyundai I have purchased from them. You can't beat this dealership or the Hyundai brand of Vehicles. More
