The experience with the Kia Dealership was satisfactory with no big issues. I figured the Jenkins Hyundai Dealership would be the same,( Wrong ), I was looking at a 2016 Ram 1500 on their internet site which was priced fairly but I was told at the dealership that the internet price was wrong due to add-ons they added. The add-ons this truck had were factory when the truck was sold new!!!! I should have walked out but my wife and I really liked this truck! Also the dealer prep fees and all other fees at this Dealership seemed much higher than the fees I was charged with the Kia Dealership and I also purchased a vehicle from Automax and their dealer prep fees were much lower. I would not recommend buying anything from Jenkins Hyundai of Ocala! More

Working with Carolyn Davis and Jeff Lamb was an absolute delight. They listened to our needs, worked with our budget, and ended up finding us a car we never even dreamed of owning because of the financial situation we're in. They amazed us with going above and beyond our expectations and the requirements we set forth. I have owned several vehicles and every past experience at a dealership has been unpleasant to say the least. It's hard enough trying to shop for a car and get a good price when you have two little kids in tow. Jenkins Hyundai of Ocala has a wonderful play area for children and all of the employees were kind and interactive with my children. I can honestly say that I walked out of Jenkins Hyundai of Ocala with a smile on my face and no buyer's remorse. I will NEVER do business with anyone else. I highly recommend Carolyn Davis and Jeff Lamb to help assist in your car buying needs. Our finance man Sean made the extremely frustrating and long process of paperwork fun and easy. Her attitude and service was beyond excellent and I was forever grateful to her. Throughout the years I have referred several people to her and hoped on my next purchase I would return but I made a mistake and had gone somewhere else in 2014 which happened to be a sister location. At this time my husband and I were looking for a 2nd vehicle and I told him that I think it was time to sit down with Carolyn again hopefully we could be satisfied again. Of course I knew once we worked with Carolyn she would go above and beyond to ensure that we were not only happy but also that we received exceptional service with a great price.
