5 STARS; EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE at SERVICE DESK. I was impressed by the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, from the driver who picked me up from my hotel to the other three service personnel at I was impressed by the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, from the driver who picked me up from my hotel to the other three service personnel at the desk, service was superb!; Deducted half a star for Parts because I had to wait two days after driving down from Michigan b/c parts did not have keys. Parts should have told customer service desk about parts not being there. Customer service made it right. I only rated the folks who helped me. More
