Carra was my service rep the day I had a unrepairable tire. Post covid meant that supplies were low, so the tire wouldn't be available for a couple of days. We have no second vehicle, I lived 25 mi. away tire. Post covid meant that supplies were low, so the tire wouldn't be available for a couple of days. We have no second vehicle, I lived 25 mi. away in the country, and my work required I drive into town and home 5 days a week. I also had other stressors, and Carra quickly saw my distress and found a way to have a free loaner vehicle from the dealership for me to use. It was really quite amazing, and I was so very thankful! Guy working the grave desk kept asking me if I wanted to have stuff done to my car and when I said I didn’t want anything extra just what I was there for he told the mechanic and the mechanic got all pissed have stuff done to my car and when I said I didn’t want anything extra just what I was there for he told the mechanic and the mechanic got all pissed off and nearly hit my car door on the car lift. I will not be returning to this store for any services. I would rather drive an hour for great service rather than 20 minutes just to have a mechanic who has a bad temper and no regard for other peoples vehicles be an xxx and speed my car out of the shop and around the building. More

I have always had friendly and fast service. My only reasoning for not giving up five-star rating is because the pricing is not comparable to other Subaru dealerships in the Indiana market.
