Recently, I stopped by the Service Dept. without an appointment to have my tires checked following a low tire light. I was greeted in a professional manner and was attended to immediately. Things at MINI of St Louis are looking better then ever. They have a great new service manager, Steve. I met him when getting my MINI serviced. He saw to it that my visit was excellent.
