Best Car Buying experience ever! I found a nice Sonata through the USAA website at Luther Hyndai. Although it was a new 2017 Sonata, some technicality between the dealership and the I found a nice Sonata through the USAA website at Luther Hyndai. Although it was a new 2017 Sonata, some technicality between the dealership and the factory required Luther Hyundai to sell it used. Thanks Luther Bloomington Hyundai. As for Carrie, she is kindness itself, going above and beyond the best professionalism you would normally expect. She took a lot of time to answer the many questions I had. She assured me that she would make sure my pre-qualified financing from USAA would be taken care of so i could get the car today if I wanted. She allowed me to test drive the car with extra rigor to ensure adequate performance. The Sonata did excellent. Carrie took care of my trade in and sale. I got a huge value for my used Elantra. While we were doing paperwork she detected that my USAA financing interest rate was high. She asked permission to see if her people couldn't do better. Well her people did way better, almost 1% better with financing. It adds up to a lot of miney in the long run. Carrie and her finance team got things done lickety-split. I did not have to lift a finger, let alone worry, haggle, argue or anything I encountered in the past. Carrie did everything. She made it easy for me. She saved me money. I got to speak with other of her co-workers there during the afternoon. They are all fine and genuinely good people. I looked around and everyone was being treated tremendously well. Because Carrie demonstrated exemplary courtesy, professionalism and care, she is entrusted with my strongest possible recommendation for your auto purchase success. More
