Easiest Car Buying EVER! I was already leasing a 2013 Tuscon. Went in for maintenance. Told them my lease was done in 3 months. Carrie got me in a 2016 Sonata with the feature I was already leasing a 2013 Tuscon. Went in for maintenance. Told them my lease was done in 3 months. Carrie got me in a 2016 Sonata with the features I wanted for a payment lower than what I was making on the Tuscon. Totally stress free, no regrets experience. More

And the cost is not a problem when we consider the amount of work and parts involved. We're glad the Luther dealership does such an excellent job, all staff are courteous, the wait-area is comfortable and well stocked. My wife and I actually enjoy coming here. More

I think we got Carrie sick I had zero intentions in buying a car that day, we just came in for information and maybe take a test drive. Luckily Carrie McWilliams was there to answer all our questions. I have to add I had a lot of them and was switching gears on her from one car/ situation to the next. I think I,like most people, don't trust car salespersons. I couldn't have been more wrong! Carrie was nothing but honest,straightforward, informative, professional and patient. She turned my preconceived discomfort into a wonderful,fun experience. She added no pressure just presented us with information, options on several scenarios. I always knew I would buy a car in the near future I just didn't think that this day would be it! The longer we talked the more sense it made for my wife and myself. Bingo a new car. The only downer was my wife and myself were just getting over some colds when we went in. When the day came to pick up our new car who was missing? Carrie, home sick that day with an illness I'm sure we passed onto her! In closing I'd highly recommend Carrie and Bloomington Hyundai to anyone who is looking for a new or used car. My preconceived notions and opinions on car salespersons are as old as the 18 year old car that I last bought. More

Don't count on those ten "free" oil changes When I bought my new 2014 Elantra, I was handed coupons for ten free oil changes . This is a great way to get people comfortable with your service dep When I bought my new 2014 Elantra, I was handed coupons for ten free oil changes . This is a great way to get people comfortable with your service department and get customers coming to you for their service work. At my 15000 mile oil change I was told I had to pay for a $150 maintenance check or the rest of my free oil change coupons are void. This is the kind of low life back alley marketing scams that really tell you what kind of people you're dealing with. If I can't trust a dealership on a petty little thing like this why would I have any faith in the rest of their sales pitch. Guess I'll be driving to the nearest Walser dealer for my next car. More
