Buying the car was no problem but getting them to send the payoff on my trade in was a disaster. It took 3+ weeks from the purchase of my new vehicle for them to send the payoff check on my trade in. Then the payoff on my trade in was a disaster. It took 3+ weeks from the purchase of my new vehicle for them to send the payoff check on my trade in. Then they tried to short pay it. I had to call multiple times s day for weeks to get it taken care of. More
