For the most part, love dealing with Arlington Toyota. Most recent service visits did not go so great though. Between replacing the cabin air filter and the wiper blades things got twisted. It took them 2 hours to do an oil change. That is a ridiculous amount of time. I'm never going back. The lady that I worked with was rude; she took a phone call when she told me she would meet me at th ridiculous amount of time. I'm never going back. The lady that I worked with was rude; she took a phone call when she told me she would meet me at the desk with my paperwork to pay and I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for her. I was looking at my car that I had waited 2 hours for through the window and couldn't leave because she decided to take a phone call with my paperwork in hand! More
