I’ve had my RAV4’s serviced at Arlington Toyota since 2001(this my 3rd one). They have never disappointed me & have only gotten better! They have more hours now & it’s easier to make an appointment. He always takes great care of my vehicle especially in emergencies. He makes sure I receive all the discounts I’m entitled to & gives me choices as to what services need to be performed. He’s thoughtful & considerate! Just talking about him makes me smile! It’s the little things that count! More

Last time service was perfect but this time was very more .I can say renovations building but stay have very rude and attitude stuff in service .like service manger Jason doesn’t have idea about customer ser .I can say renovations building but stay have very rude and attitude stuff in service .like service manger Jason doesn’t have idea about customer service needs trining or got new manger know how talk with customer his very rude and attitude and can fix issue with his stuff plus does not put name tag .really I made big mistake to come to very bad dealer ship More

For the most part, love dealing with Arlington Toyota. Most recent service visits did not go so great though. Between replacing the cabin air filter and the wiper blades things got twisted.
