I was looking for something inexpensive either a lease or a used car. When I told Caselle I was planning to look at other dealers/brands in the area to get an idea of what my options were, he asked me what it would take to get a deal done without looking elsewhere first. I had an advertisement listing a dodge ram lease at $199 per month and said get me this price and I won't be able to walk away. While he was unable to get me the employee price, he came awfully close, within $22 per month. Close enough that I decided to lease the ram. I wasn't motivated to make a purchase right away, but with Caselle presenting me the deal I became motivated. I was not expecting to get such a good deal. I'm happy with the purchase and the process. More

Never buying another car at this dealership. Bought my car in October and thought Caselle Henry and Adam Hill were being straight up and helpful. The minute problems started showing up with my car (two days later) they started forgetting to respond to my calls, texts and emails. I even purchased an extra warranty for the tires and rims and they haven't even responded to my request for a copy of the warranty. I will never, never purchase another car from Suburban unless they do right by me. More

Caselle Henry was the sales representative that helped me through this and he did a great job. Everyone agrees that when it comes to buying a car it comes to getting the best deal. Although I wasn't able to get the best deal, because the other competitor didn't have the price they offered me listed on their website, I still believe I made a great choice. Caselle answered all my questions and concerns even after business hours. Now that's what you call great customer service when someone is taking their own time out of their day to make sure everything is just right. Next time I'll be back to see how their service shop can do for me. More
