Never buying another car at this dealership. Bought my car in October and thought Caselle Henry and Adam Hill were being straight up and helpful. The minute problems started showing up with my car (two days later) they started forgetting to respond to my calls, texts and emails. I even purchased an extra warranty for the tires and rims and they haven't even responded to my request for a copy of the warranty. I will never, never purchase another car from Suburban unless they do right by me. More

Caselle Henry was the sales representative that helped me through this and he did a great job. Everyone agrees that when it comes to buying a car it comes to getting the best deal. Although I wasn't able to get the best deal, because the other competitor didn't have the price they offered me listed on their website, I still believe I made a great choice. Caselle answered all my questions and concerns even after business hours. Now that's what you call great customer service when someone is taking their own time out of their day to make sure everything is just right. Next time I'll be back to see how their service shop can do for me. More

Shady Dealings are Done here 1 star is too much for this review honestly. We went in to test drive a black Dodge Ram 1500 truck about noon today. We had sat in the truck, basicall 1 star is too much for this review honestly. We went in to test drive a black Dodge Ram 1500 truck about noon today. We had sat in the truck, basically stalked it for a while before someone came to help us with it. In that time, there was another gentleman who came to look at it as well while we were waiting for the keys for a test drive. We were helped by Caselle and we took it for a test drive. We loved it and came back to the dealer and immediately put the deposit down to hold the truck for 48 hours for us while we went to a few other appointments we had for test drives. When we called back to see about the trade in and the pricing on the truck, the manager (through the sales rep) tried to push us into another truck like the one we drove but not in the color we wanted because we were told the manager wanted to sell the black one to the other customer and sell 2 trucks that day (I assume the other man did not want the white one either). They close in 6 minutes (5pm) and we have not heard back from them about whether or not they were going to go with us for the black truck or not... which remember that we had paid a deposit to hold it so no one else could buy it out from under us. Not sure if it was a friend of his, the manager wanted to make the commission on it or what, but that was horrible customer service and everyone should know what kind of shady deals are being done at this dealer. Too bad because we really liked the truck and I was thinking of buying a second vehicle there soon. More
