Rick in the service department has provided top notch service on our older Silverado for many years and we will continue to come to Rivard for service on both our trucks. Great upfront pricing no gimmicks/games. Other dealer who had specific vehicle I was looking for in stock would not match the price (although they continued to hound me for the sale!) so Cas Other dealer who had specific vehicle I was looking for in stock would not match the price (although they continued to hound me for the sale!) so Casey was able to reserve me one from their incoming allotment and kept me informed during the process. It took a few weeks to get it built and a couple more to get it shipped but worked out well and he had it all ready to go when we got there from 100 miles away. Very easy to work with and I thank him for that! More

Casey was the best salesman I have ever worked with, when purchasing a car. Casey didn’t try to force me into get something that I didn’t want.
