Good Experience I have bought a Honda recently at Roush and the whole process has been real smooth. Roush Honda does a great job on providing additional benefits such I have bought a Honda recently at Roush and the whole process has been real smooth. Roush Honda does a great job on providing additional benefits such as 7 year/100k mile warranty and also road assistance within 50 miles radius. Sales people have been real friendly and offered us some real nice deals. Purchasing the vehicle here comes as a total package and i am repeat customer. More

Fantastic First New Car Experience!!! I came into Roush Honda looking to buy a new car, actually my very first new car. I was a proud owner of a Red 2000 Honda Civic EX, I-VTEC which still I came into Roush Honda looking to buy a new car, actually my very first new car. I was a proud owner of a Red 2000 Honda Civic EX, I-VTEC which still runs good but getting older and needed something more reliable and bigger to hold family and friends. My family and I have been Honda owners for years! My Dad and I are very impressed with Roush Hondas Service Department! Another reason we wanted to buy from them. Being a 23 year old college student and getting ready to graduate this Fall 2014 I was ready to upgrade! Rob Donkelaar helped me in picking out a car that fit my wants and needs, that being the 2014 Honda Accord Sport! He was very knowledgable and my dad and I knowing cars where very impressed with that! His ability to relate to a customer was great! He was a great gentlemen and made sure my first new car experience was a great one and very easy going! Rob followed up multiple times to insure I was satisfied with my purchase and if I had a any other questions. Signing all the paper work with the women that processed all my documents and with help from Casey Brindley all went very well. I highly recommend Roush Honda and Rob Donkelaar! A friend had suggested I see Casey at Roush Honda. When Casey discovered I needed a used car, he went with me to the used car sales area having first called Richie Phillips to meet us. Richie showed me 3 o Casey discovered I needed a used car, he went with me to the used car sales area having first called Richie Phillips to meet us. Richie showed me 3 or 4 cars which did not seem to be comfortable and then took me to a Honda Odessey which fit me perfectly. I wrote a check to hold it until the next day and left to tell my sons and figure out the best way to pay for it. I told both of my sons how happy I was with my "find". Later that evening one of my daughters-in-law called and asked if the Odessey had four wheel drive (the family owns some very hilly property). Together we looked on the internet and determined that it did not. I must have neglected to let Richie know that I needed all-wheel or four-wheel drive. I left a message for Mr. Phillips and he called me early the next morning. I went right back to Roush and looked at three cars which weren't a great fit and then a Honda Pilot which is the best car I've ever owned or even driven. Mr. Joe Glomski assured me that changing the paper work from the Odessey to the Pilot was not a problem, so I'm extremely happy with a great "new-to-me" car. I was treated with the utmost courtesy and respect by every Roush employee with whom I came in contact and will recommend the Roush Honda dealership to anyone I know who has need to buy a car. I just leased my 3rd vehicle from Roush this week. I released a Honda Accord in 2005 and that was my first experience getting a new car. I was really reluctant to go to a new car dealer as I didn't want released a Honda Accord in 2005 and that was my first experience getting a new car. I was really reluctant to go to a new car dealer as I didn't want to deal with a pushy sales person. The lady we worked with was awesome and not at all pushy. She helped me get the car I wanted and actually talked me out of a higher priced EX as the features that were on it, were not something that I would use. When I went back in 2010, I leased a CRV from Casey and he was equally friendly and honest. I was relieved to get the same customer service that I got in 2005. During the last 3 years, I get this same service from everyone that works there, whether it be the secretary, the cashier, or the service department. I've recommended them to friends and family, and those that have not bought their Honda's from Roush, go there for their service appointments. Roush treats them great and they swear they will get their next car from Roush. Casey has since been promoted (congrats) and this time we were taken care of by Josh. Josh is somewhat new to Roush but I can see why they hired him. He has the same friendliness that you expect at Roush. Anytime he didn't have an answer, he went and got one for us. Thanks for the great service! We are really enjoying our 2013 Odyssey and are looking forward to taking family trips. More

Simply put, this is the best car-buying experience i have ever had. My first time at Roush and I was blown away by the way they treat customters.
