Gary, Thank you for your response. We have no problem with human error. Have even been known to make a mistake or two ourselves. This is however the first we have heard that the pricing we received was for an Accord LX. The last car mentioned to us was a CRV cloth interior. Neither of which were discussed in our emails. For us that is water under the bridge. Gary for my wife and I the part that truly bothered us was to have 3 people discussing us while we just sat. No one told us we were still being considered for the car we thought we had a deal on. (until I said we were leaving) No one told us they were not bringing the other crv around for us to consider. Not one of the three adults in that room were considerate or professional enough to tell us anything. Then for the young man to say as I walked away " Oh well, on to the next car." Really ? The problem was not the mistake in pricing. The problem is what happened when someone realized a mistake had been made and did nothing to help the situation because they all knew " ... oh well on to the next car...". Gary, I try to be fair. I have friends that sell cars for a living and family that used to. We know the competitive market of sales. I felt like I was up front from the beginning and that Roush Honda is just now starting to be. I hope I am wrong.
