Best in town! I have been a loyal customer at Roush Honda for almost 10 years now. The entire staff from sales, to finance, to service is always friendly and accom I have been a loyal customer at Roush Honda for almost 10 years now. The entire staff from sales, to finance, to service is always friendly and accommodating. They make the chore of buying a car a truly enjoyable experience. Even when you are only in the showroom once every few years, you are remembered, and recognized and welcomed back like a member of the family. The service department is outstanding and I never have to give a thought to whether or not I am being taken advantage of with un-needed service. They are friendly and trustworthy without exception. While I love my Hondas, the real reason I stay with Roush is for the people and the service. And that's really saying something in today's world. THANK YOU Roush Honda!!!!!!!!!!!! More

"First Class" My salesman Lee Cohen and Mike Dunap in finance were absolutely "First Class" individuals. I was treated like a good friend not just a customer. It's very obvious to me that Roush Honda is about "building relationships" not just selling a car! Lee and Mike explained everything from top to bottom and took the time to make sure I understood how things work. We love our new 2015 Honda EXL and will always be buying from Roush Honda! Another great experience with Roush Honda This is the second time I have purchased a vehicle with Roush. The first was with their used car sales and that was so great that I didn't consider go This is the second time I have purchased a vehicle with Roush. The first was with their used car sales and that was so great that I didn't consider going anywhere else for my new car. This experience with new sales was fantastic from start to finish. Roush clearly puts customer satisfaction at the top of their list. Casey reached out to me via phone right after I put a request in for pre-financing. After that, I was very quickly contacted by Josh Wiswell to get the ball rolling. I have no doubt that all of the sales reps are wonderful, but Josh seems to be one of their all-stars. I would recommend you call Roush and ask for Josh when you are ready to purchase a new vehicle! He is very friendly and knowledgeable but was not pushy about things. He went out of his way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. He got me situated with a Honda Civic and a lease. I also worked with Karen on the financing paperwork, and she was wonderful. I feel great about this entire experience! More

An employee owned dealership like Roush really is special. I sat down Saturday afternoon to discuss a great leasing promotion from Honda with Jeffrey Hape. I was interested in a 2015 Civic SI. I had never le I sat down Saturday afternoon to discuss a great leasing promotion from Honda with Jeffrey Hape. I was interested in a 2015 Civic SI. I had never leased a car before. He patiently explained how leases are structured and the advantages and disadvantages over purchasing a new car. To further complicate things I was using my Costco membership program for the first time. After thinking about it I returned on Tuesday to lease the car. Jeff and Deanna Thompson coordinated all the paperwork for me. Casey Brindley prepared the lease contract and meticulously explained all the numbers. While I was signing the papers with Karen Matthews, Linda Barba was having my new car prepped. Before I left Linda "paired" my cellphone and explained to me how to navigate the Audio display. In addition Linda followed up with me to make sure I did not have any new questions. My new Civic SI and I have bonded!! I am looking forward to my "Second Childhood"!! 2 Purchases / 2 Leases / Customers for Life! My family has purchased a new Civic, a used Acura and leased a CRV and a Civic at Roush Honda. Each time we come to Roush whether it's for maintenanc My family has purchased a new Civic, a used Acura and leased a CRV and a Civic at Roush Honda. Each time we come to Roush whether it's for maintenance or lease/purchase; we are consistently greeted as soon as we walk in the door, and again by each person we see. What's especially nice is that everyone seems to have a smile in their voice (if that makes sense) and they feel genuine. A few years ago, while walking around the showroom and waiting for my oil change, Chad Porter greeted me and we talked briefly about his history with Roush. I knew then that I would go to Chad for my next purchase because he was super easy to talk to and clearly loved his job. Last Friday, I made an appointment with Chad, knowing that my lease was up in 6 months. He was so focused on my impossibly long wish list, gave me great feedback/suggestions, and I now have a new car that I love 6 months earlier than expected! I especially appreciated Chad teaching me about all of the new features on my car, and setting up my Pandora and many other car settings. My last lease was with Casey and as happy as I was to hear about his promotion, I was concerned that I wouldn’t get to go through him as my sales person. I am happy to say that I had the same great experience with Chad as I did with Casey – thank you so much. More
