Excellent experience and wonderful staff!! I actually had the sales manager Casey as a customer visiting my property as a potential resident. (Trotters Park) He was so friendly and shared his love of hondas as well as his dealership Rousch. A few months passed by and my lease was expiring. I planned on going back to Germain where I originally purchased my accord. The sales person quoted me and outrageous quote and gave me the old "I'll try my best to get a better deal from my manager" if I could get you $20 less would you lease today? I laughed as she just if I could would you? Me? She said she'd get back to me and three days later (and now two weeks) never heard back. I remembered Casey and found his card. I gave him a call and he immediately put me at ease. Gave me great information and put me into contact with Spiros. I had such a different experience and much better than what I even hoped for. More

Complete satisfaction in every aspect We have owned or leased Hondas for many years and have interacted with numerous Honda dealers in central Ohio. This year when it came time for our lea We have owned or leased Hondas for many years and have interacted with numerous Honda dealers in central Ohio. This year when it came time for our lease termination, we again contacted many dealers. Without comparison, Roush Honda provided superb customer service from first to final contact in our process to lease cars for 2 families. They gave us their best price right up front, no games. They were respectful of our time and accommodated our preferred manner of conducting the sales process. Our interactions with every staff member, from Manager Casey Brindley, Sales & Leasing Consultant Bill Siebert, and Delivery Coordinator Karen Matthews, was warm, friendly, and professional. They efficiently managed the process, taking care of every step possible ahead of time so that we spent minimal time with the entire process, only needing to go to the dealership to sign the paperwork and pick up our vehicles, which occurred in an hour's time for 4 vehicles and 2 families. We highly recommend Roush Honda. We look forward to a long relationship with Roush Honda. More

He was the only one that actually sent me a detailed quote that I could easily understand. Not just an email with the base price and try to get you into their dealership. At Roush Honda Cameron took the time to revise the quote as I asked more questions to give me an accurate figure. Even at the end of a very long day, he was patient and was willing to stay and work through everything. I rate the customer service at Roush #1 -all the way.
