Not only the best deal, but the best customer service! All I can say is Wow. I was recommended to Roush from a friend, but I was also online searching. I received emails from 4-5 different sales reps fro All I can say is Wow. I was recommended to Roush from a friend, but I was also online searching. I received emails from 4-5 different sales reps from different dealerships.. Cameron was one of them. Out of all of them, Cameron was the only one to actually send me a quote based on the information I provided him with. Cameron was outstanding. He was upfront with me on everything. Absolutely no hidden fees. He walked me through our entire lease and also helped show us the features of the van. Casey Brindley, one of their managers, approached us only to thank us on shopping with them and also to just have a friendly conversation (You don't see managers doing that everywhere!) Last, Mike Dunlap made our financing appointment quick and easy. This dealership really knows how to make their customers feel comfortable. I will never take my business elsewhere and I will always send customers their way. Thank you Cameron, Mike, Casey, and the ENTIRE Roush Honda team! More

Terrific Sales Experience I gave Roush a 5 stars because I enjoyed the no pressure sales approach of Josh Wiswell. I was trying to make a decision between a Honda Accord and 2 I gave Roush a 5 stars because I enjoyed the no pressure sales approach of Josh Wiswell. I was trying to make a decision between a Honda Accord and 2 other different brands. Josh went through the features of the Accord Touring and the EX-L V6 and encouraged me to drive both vehicles to so that I could determine which vehicle satisfied my criteria and budget. The people can make or break a dealership. Josh kept in contact with me via email, text and phone during the process. I decided to purchase the vehicle after the weekend. He had all of the paperwork ready when I got off work and the final segment of the process was painless. He took the time to go through the vehicle with me and set up the mobile interface etc. I appreciated the attention and the follow through after the sale too. More

I live in Cleveland, but my parents had had such good experiences with Roush over the years that they convinced me to consider working with them when I live in Cleveland, but my parents had had such good experiences with Roush over the years that they convinced me to consider working with them when I decided it was time for a new car. Though I'd been in conversation with multiple potential dealerships in Cleveland, once I began working with Josie, I immediately knew my search was over. She and her colleagues made the whole experience wonderfully straightforward, and she was not only helpful, patient, thorough, and incredibly quick to respond, she was also extremely kind and fun to work with. I had a lot of tough decisions to make: buy or lease? Trade in my old car or not? Josie skillfully helped me navigate all of these options without ever making me feel pressured; indeed, her honesty and expertise lowered my anxiety greatly and made the process a pleasant one. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I'm thrilled with my new HR-V, and I'm happy to be in a relationship with Roush for the foreseeable future. The Sales Manager, Casey is a very nice person to work with, got us all possible deals he could get us and made our car exchange a hassle free transaction! Our Car Delivery rep Mike, is really a humble person, who helped us getting the financial assistance for our car. Overall it was a great team of people to buy a car from! More

This dealer however was the best dealer I have ever had the pleasure of buying a car from. They were genuinely friendly and informative. They took the time to go over the various functions of the vehicle's varied electronics and features. The sales force and everyone we dealt with was friendly and sincere. We never felt "talked down to" or pushed to buy. Great experience in shopping for a car. Would definitely buy from them again and recommend anyone to buy from this dealer. Every dealer sells cars and will sell you any car you choose, this one sells a great buying experience. More

Best experience ever! If I could go above and beyond the 5 star review on here, I would. I cannot rave about Roush Honda enough. Our family had always been Lindsay Honda cu If I could go above and beyond the 5 star review on here, I would. I cannot rave about Roush Honda enough. Our family had always been Lindsay Honda customers, having purchased two vehicles from them within the last 6 years, as well as getting all of our maintenence and oil changes taken care of at their business. On Saturday, October 22, we spent a minimum of 3 1/2 hours invested into purchasing a vehicle, only to be left with a horrific and disappointing experience at the Lindsay Honda showroom. We were treated poorly and unfairly by the sales manager after being accused of lying about the prices given to us from other Honda Dealers in the area. The sales manager was overly aggressive and made us feel extremely uncomfortable after multiple inappropriate comments were made to us. Having called Roush Honda that same day and given an amazing price quote, we headed in that direction, even though it was an extra 30 minutes away. From the moment we contacted them over the phone, we were given quick, accurate, and helpful information from one of the sale representatives, Casey. Upon our arrival to the business, knowing they were closing in about an hour and a half, we weren't exactly sure what to expect considering our time invested at Lindsay. We were NOT surrounded like vultures in the parking lot as soon as we exited our car, nor were we attacked upon entering the building by multiple reps vying for our time. There were no high pressure sales tactics taking place, like at the Lindsay Honda business we had previously seen that day. We were met by a very nice receptionist who asked if she could help us with something, and upon telling her why we were there, she immediately paged Casey to let him know we had arrived. When he came out of his office, he was kind, well dressed, and well spoken. He knew exactly what we wanted and said he had even started getting paperwork together since he knew we were serious about purchasing the 2016 Honda Civic EX-T. He immediately had someone go retrieve the car and bring it out front for us to look over. Considering we had been looking at this car for months, we knew it was exactly what we wanted. The pricing out the door, which was BY FAR the best deal ANY Honda dealer has ever given us, was accurate and EXACTLY what he had quoted us over the phone. There were no hidden fees or underlying costs you commonly find at various car dealerships. After confirming that we were in fact ready to move forward with the deal, he introduced us to another sales associate Mark, who would be helping us with the final paperwork side. During that time, he took the car to get washed and detailed for us. Mark was extremely nice, knowledgeable, and made you feel comfortable during the entire process. We already had our financing set up with a local bank, and he was quick to get everything organized and moving. After Mark was finished with the paperwork portion, we met Rich, who was assigned to us for processing the financial part and to see if we needed any additional items. The entire process only took about an hour and a half which was absolutely amazing. Everyone we met was so professional and class act! After our paperwork and the financial part was processed, we met again with Mark. He went ABOVE and BEYOND explaining all of the technology in the car, showing us everything it could do and how to work all of the bells and whistles on it. I have never had such an amazing experience at a car dealership, let alone had the opportunity to work with three separate sales associates who worked together as a team unit. All three people we worked with, Casey, Mark, and Rich, worked to ensure our experience with Roush Honda was the best possible experience we could have. They took the time to get to know us, asked about our jobs and life, and made sure we were 100% happy with everything that happened before we left. We will never go to another Honda Dealer after our experience over the weekend. They have scored life long customers for sure! A HUGE thanks to Mark, Casey, and Rich for your time and help! We love the car! More

Cameron answered many of my questions about all the cars I was looking at and ended up with purchasing a 2017 Honda civix hatchback lx navi. I would definitely recommend buying a vehicle from Roush and is where I will be doing my future vehicle purchases. More
